The pool and spa are open daily from 5:00 am-10:00 pm. The buddy system must be followed! They are closed during the following times:
- Monday-Friday from 12:00-2:00 pm for water treatment and maintenance
- During class times that are listed below:
CURRENT POOL CLASSES
OI Move (Aquatics) uses the safety of the pool and incorporates different types of equipment (noodles, dumbbells, etc.). OI Move (Aquatics) is designed to assist in developing greater balance, stability, and other measures of physical fitness that allow you to maintain and/or improve your confidence and independence! This class is taught by Orthopedic Institute.
8:00 and 10:00 am - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:00 am - Tuesday, Thursday
Water Aerobics is a higher impact water aerobics class that works your whole body - muscular and cardiovascular. This class is taught by Debbie or Lynette.

CURRENT LAND CLASSES
OI Move (Land) is a full body approach to help you maintain your independence through traditional cardiovascular and resistance training strategies. We incorporate body weight as well as weighted exercises to help maintain and improve balance, strength, core stability, and other areas of physical fitness to help each individual maintain an active and healthy lifestyle! This class is taught by Orthopedic Institute.
9:00 and 11:15 am - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Held in the Wellness Fitness Center)
9:00 am - Tuesday, Thursday (Held in the Community Room)
Strength and Balance is a pilates fusion class for building strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. This class is taught by Debbie.
